Is Butterfly safe and privacy-friendly?
Yes! Butterfly never reads your chat messages, photos, passwords, or location. Sensitive applications like WhatsApp, Banking, and Photos are blacklisted by default and never transmitted.
Does this violate Discord Terms of Service?
No. Butterfly uses Discord's official local IPC Rich Presence client API (the exact same protocol used by games like League of Legends or Spotify on PC).
Do I need to sign in with my Discord account?
No! You never enter your Discord login or password. Butterfly pairs anonymously using a 6-digit QR code token.
